We may also collect information in respect of customer visits to our website including but not limited to traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data.
We collect this information entirely for business purposes including but not limited to sales of products, personalisation of products, marketing & promotional offers, to carry our surveys, to meet legal obligation and meet internal audit requirements.
For some of our product range our customers have the option to personalise certain products with a photograph. We will never publish your personalised piece without your express permission in writing. (We will make a request in writing to you if we wish to consider using your piece for marketing purposes). Where an image contains a baby or child (for the purposes or our products including but not limited to our New Baby/Nursery range) we will never publish this image for marketing purposes. We will delete all images provided to us by a customer within 3 days of completion of your order.
Your privacy is very important to us. We will never release your data to a third party or anyone outside of PH Flowers. The only exception will be to provide your name and address to our courier service in order for us to be able to deliver your product. We will never sell or provide your details to any marketing companies. Your personal information is treated as confidential. We use your information in order to understand our customers needs and to provide our products and services.

You have the right to ask us not to process your data for marketing purposes. You can exercise this right by contacting us in writing (to our email or correspondence address) and by unsubscribing from any account or newsletter agreement you hold with us.
